Article on the Joint Development of CO₂ Capture Equipment with Nagase & Co., Ltd. Featured in The Chemical Daily
Atomis Inc. (Head office: Kobe City, Hyogo; Representative Director and CEO: Daisuke Asari) and Nagase & Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Ueshima) have been developing a new equipment to capture carbon dioxide (CO₂) from exhaust gases efficiently, aiming to realize a carbon neutral.
We are pleased to announce that this initiative was featured on October 10, 2025, edition of The Chemical Daily.
We will mainly focus on low-concentration (approximately 10%) emission sources such as boilers and heating furnaces, addressing the growing demand for CO₂ reduction at industries.
Our proprietary PCP/MOF, usedas an adsorbent, can selectively adsorb CO₂ even in the presence of humidity in gases without dehumidification process.
It leads to energy savings and cost reductions.
We will aim for the realization of carbon recycling to utilize CO₂ captured from exhaust gases.
